2021 Del Toro Tempranillo

In the spirit being a bit healthier, conscious and intentional about what we consume in the world all of our currently available wines go through a rigorous production protocol aiming to eliminate physiological issues with red wine consumption not related to alcohol. We Intentionally Source our Fruit. We use ORGANIC/SUSTAINABLE Vineyards using regenerative farming practices and have ZERO tolerance for glyphosate(Round-Up) use. We select our yeasts intentionally to mitigate myco-toxin, mold growth and produce low to zero amounts of Histamine. Yeast inoculation timing is also important. Wines are ADDITIVE FREE and 100% VEGAN. Absolutely no animal products are used for fining or otherwise. NO ADDITIVES or enzymes are used to augment protein stability, flavor, mouthfeel, aroma, texture, or color. Our wines are fermented to "Dry" as in SUGAR FREE, and no other forms of sugar are added ever. Sulfites are used sparingly having a target of 35-50ppm for anti-oxidative effect and age-ability. All WHITE AND RED WINES are FILTERED to .2 microns for biological stability. Our medical grade micro-filtration system removes, Pollens, Molds & Spores, all other Bacteria, Wood Burning Particles, Dust Mites, Insecticide Dusts and more.
